Shipping & Returns


We offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from. Processing your order for shipment will not take longer than two business days and shall arrive within the shipping time frame you selected upon checkout. If your package has not arrived or was outside of the window of your expected delivery date, please contact us via email at [email protected] for an immediate response. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. 

Peppermint Park does not ship internationally or outside the 48 states. After processing, items usually take between seven and fourteen days to arrive to their destination. Please consider delays during the holiday seasons.


To be handled via email [email protected] Returns may be made on toys, plush and accessories that are in sellable, unwashed, and unsoiled condition. All edible products, gift cards, and seasonal merchandise are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange. All other merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment if such merchandise (i) is in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, (ii) is in its original, unopened packaging, and (iii) accompanied by the original receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as our mission is to satisfy you, the customer, and ensure a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that the item has been received. This will be followed by an approval or rejection of your refund and will be applied to your method of payment.
